All our products are made by experts in Spain, which ensures high-quality standards and European safety of our products.

Delivery time

We expect most orders to be processed within 2 - 4 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is processed. We dispatch our orders from 2 warehouse locations: Spain and Slovakia.
Domestic shipping: Our standard shipping ranges anywhere from 2 - 4 business days.
International shipping: Depending on your location, international shipping typically takes up to 2 weeks to arrive.

Can I return an opened product?

Once the product has been opened, it cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Such items will be sent back to you. We accept returns within 14 days for refunds or exchanges only on unopened products.

Damaged deliveries

All of our products are packaged with care and we take all the precautions needed to ensure you receive your product as safely and quickly as possible. However, on rare occlusion, breakage can happen while in transit. If this happens, please contact us at info@viralprfums.com with the following:

- Photos of packaging and product
- Quantity of products broken
- Your order number

Once we receive your email with the above information, we will send you a replacement package ASAP.
